Storage and security
Enquiry submissions are stored in private website storage provided by Vercel. Access is intended for authorised administrators only. Infrastructure providers may process information outside the UAE.
Virtual assistant
Messages sent to the virtual assistant may be processed by an AI model provider through Vercel AI Gateway. The site does not intentionally create a permanent customer transcript from casual chat messages; formal enquiries are stored when you submit the form.
Retention and requests
Data is retained as needed to answer enquiries and meet applicable obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, submit a General Enquiry marked ‘Privacy request’.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not intentionally deploy advertising trackers. Essential hosting operations may involve technical request information.
